VINCENT MATTHEW

FITNESS DIRECTOR

Vincent started his 30 year career at Worlds Gym and then never looked back. His experience as a trainer, performance coach, lifestyle coach and group instructor has led him to become a natural leader in the industry. As fitness director of BodyTone, his goal is to offer high quality group classes that actually create change and offer personal training from highly qualified trainers. His mission is simple - help people perform better.

GYM COORDINATOR

With more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, France has spent a large part of her life driven by this passion. She has worked as an instructor, trainer and manager. She continuously studies different aspects of the fitness field in search of knowledge. She’s a certified trainer (CORFIT), Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coach (CanFitPro), Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (Om West) and Coach Practitioner (CCF).

Vincent is known for his adaptive, scientific, and holistic approach when training his clients. His clients range from top CEO’s, Olympic athletes, celebrities, to enthusiastic beginners just waiting to transform their lives. Vincent’s clients gravitate to his training style not only because it is effective, but because he creates unique personal journeys for each individual. He has certifications in CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach (Level 1, 2), Scientific Core Conditioning, Swiss Ball and Advanced Ball Training, Swiss Ball Training for Rehabilitation and Athletes, Neuro developmental approach to training, TRX Certification, NSCA Assessment Specialist Certification, Stott Pilates - Mat, Twist Sports Conditioning, CORFIT 1,2,3, CORFIT 4 Master Instructor, Mad Dog Spinning, YMCA FIT, ACE, Weider, Energy Therapy Reiki 1.

ARLENE

PERSONAL TRAINER, INSTRUCTOR

Arlene began her career as a personal trainer more than 30 years ago Le Sporting Club du Sanctuaire after having finished 3rd in provincial and 4th in Eastern Canada Women’s Middleweight Bodybuilding Championships. She loves her job as a physical education teacher but has enjoyed working sporadically as a personal trainer over the years. Arlene is certified by A.C.E., Can-Fit-Pro, and YMCA. She specializes in fitness, bodybuilding, and rehab training. Arlene will definitely help you accomplish your goals. She is available Monday to Friday 3pm to 8pm.

HANNAH

INSTRUCTOR

Hannah has 5 years of experience as a certified Zumba instructor. She is currently certified to teach Zumba, Zumba Toning, and Strong by Zumba.

NICOLE

INSTRUCTOR

With over 30 years of experience, Nicole Lamarche shares her passion for dance (founder of MultiDanse Saint-Lazare in 1994), music, and physical training with a number of classes. She did a B.Sc. in physical at University of Montréal, she also has her certifications from ANIE as a personal trainer and group trainer. She is also certified in Gymstick since November 2007, Zumba since April 2010 and Kangoo Jump since November 2013.

LIZA

INSTRUCTOR

Liza has been a yoga practitioner for over 20 years and has extensive Kripalu yoga experience (Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Stockbridge, Massachusetts). She obtained her RYT200 teacher training certification from H-Om Yoga Wellness Centre and is registered with Yoga Alliance International.

JOHANNE

INSTRUCTOR

Johanne has been training for over ten years. Her goal is to stay active and lead a healthy lifestyle during retirement. She enjoys traveling and walking around the world. Her amazing personality and worldly experiences make for a great leader in our walking group.

CATHY

INSTRUCTOR

Cathy’s goals have always been to motivate and offer guidance to others by being a prime example. For the past 13 years, she has not only helped people reach their fitness goals, she has also helped them push way beyond what they expected to accomplish.

RENATE

INSTRUCTOR

Renate is known for having a bubbly personality and a “joie de vivre” that she brings to all of her classes. Over the last 8 years, she has helped many participants achieve their fitness goals through her yoga classes. She received her certifications from YMCA for Group Cycle, Group Choreography and Muscle, F.I.T. program and Yoga Training from Yoga Fit. She is also a member of the International Yoga Alliance.

CLAUDINE

INSTRUCTOR

Claudine has been in the dance world since her youth, her passion for this discipline and her team spirit led her to develop a strong interest in group training (she was certified for group fitness in 1995 and again in 2018). With her enthusiasm and her contagious energy, she encourages everyone to move while having fun. Whatever your age or goal, Claudine will support and encourage you to integrate physical activity into your lifestyle gently and positively!

TARA

INSTRUCTOR

Tara has been a coach and trainer for over 25 years. Her competitive drive brought her to Fitness Competitions, Obstacle races, then the Crossfit Games. As an accomplished trainer she helps her clients achieve optimal fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Tara’s many years of expertise had led her to training clients for fitness competitions, MMA fights, boxing and obstacle race competitions. She is certified in Kinesiology, Fame Fitness Model 2009, Fame Fitness 1st place 2010, Can-Pro, Crossfit level 1 and 2, Crossfit Mobility, Crossfit Gymnastics, crossfit Weightlifting, Spartan Trifecta 2016-2017, RX-1 2018 3rd place.
